This is a family owned business and they treat you like family. Amy answered all of my questions, laughed at my dad jokes, and took the time to have a pleasant conversation even after we had all the paperwork in order. The storage unit was spotless and I can drive right up to the door. There is a security gate and code panel. Their business is very close to the New Bern Grand Marina, so I highly recommend them for fellow boaters.
