We started our toddler at the New Berlin KinderCare about 5 months ago and we could not be happier with our decision to switch from another facility. It was a very hard decision for us to make but the staff and administration at KinderCare were so patient and welcomed us with open arms when we were ready. Our daughter has absolutely flourished and LOVES going to school every day. It is an almost daily occurance that she wants to stay and play at pick-up time. My son had his first and last day on the same day. The staff made us feel that they were being bullied by my 3 year old son, the director suggested another facility. I dont believe they gave my son the opportunity to get familiar with there staff or facility before deemed him unfit for their facility.
