I gave my car for repair( white smoke and fuel leaking ) Shaun said he can’t find the issue and he have to hire someone else to find the issue which will be a bit expensive as he mentioned, also he charged $350 labour for nothing as he couldn’t find a issue.
I have been going to New Belgrave Motors for a few years now. If I don’t have time to work on my cars, they are always the first ones I call. Shane, Cindy and the team make sure you are updated at every point and give you all options available. They are very transparent, fair pricing and an extremely professional service with that family owned feel. From servicing to major mechanical fixes, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them. Worst mechanics ever and couldn’t fix the issues in my car and manipulating the invoices and over charging customers without any prior approval. Beware stay away from this business…..
