My 7 yr old has alopecia and lost all his hair. It's slowly growing back in patches. When I called New Beginnings, they ordered 2 wigs to fit a small head. It came in before our appointment and it fit perfectly. He was so excited, we let him pick which he wanted. I accompanied my mother to this wig shop and was so happy we ended up here! This was our first time in a wig shop and were a bit apprehensive and Melinda and Brittany were patient, informative, and kind throughout the process. Melinda didn't pressure us and was sure to provide us with all the different options, styles, and types of wigs available and helped us find one that worked best. My sister and I have been going to New Beginnings for years. I have purchased toppers, wigs and other hair services. I have never been disappointed. Melinda and her staff are always welcoming, knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate, They listen to their clients and make every effort to meet their needs. For customized hair replacement or additions, New Beginnings is the best.
I gladly give 5 stars to this wonderful wig salon. Previously I had purchased a synthetic wig from another salon and came away with a blah feeling. From the moment I walked into New Beginnings both Melinda and Brittany made me feel at ease and welcome.
