I have used New Beginnings Title Company since they have opened (many years) and relied on them for many different types of real estate closings. Called and left 5 voice mails. They never received the escrow agreement from the contract. Now they transfer me to voice mail. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY. THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING THAT PROTECTS YOU AND YOUR MONEY. ***update*** After this review, I received a call from the office. They are short staffed, thought the contract was done with a phone call, and had no paperwork to verify anything. Got yelled at, told I'm rude, and got hung up on. Unfortunately, this office needs to be under new management.
I don’t know where to begin with this title company. Rachel and Mel are AMAZING!!! They handle all of my transactions and I couldn’t ask for a better team. I never worry about whether or not they will be ready. I never have to think twice about the transaction. Whatever I need they are there to help me. Any questions they are ready to answer. My real estate companies strive off of New beginnings, Mel and Rachel! Thank you ladies for being GREAT!!!
