DO NOT BUY ON GROUPON. It won't let you get a refund. They changed the date of my appointment without any notification. Still waiting on a refund or reschedule

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I received two Groupons for massages as gifts. All the bad reviews are correct. I've made two appointments and they were both cancelled by Adela, the first was a day before and the second was an hour before I was about to leave the house. Just save your money and go elsewhere. Never dealt with such an incompetent business.

Not even a 1 star. Took me about 3 weeks to even get ahold of someone to schedule an appointment after numerous calls and emails. I finally get an appointment at 5:00 on a Friday and when i show up, the business is closed. The doors are locked, open sign is not open. It’s weird i even got confirmation texts for my appointment and no notice of there possibly being a cancellation.

Bad bad business!!!She doesn't deserve even 1 star. I recieved 3 massages for my mother's day gift and still have not gotten 1. She makes appointments then cancels,even 28 minutes before your appointment. She doesn't reschedule even though she ask when it would work for you. Then when you say after a certain date she schedule's on a date before the date requested. She sends you a confirmation text before you say yes. She sucks as a business owner. I was so stressed and Adelle took it all away,She found my sore spots made me felt great. The spa is newly located at 2208 East Michigan Avenue Lansing Michigan and the place is beautiful. They now offer salon services. I'm definitely coming back again.There is parking in the back of the building on the corner of Magnolia and Michigan.
