I needed a specific evaluation done and was scheduled for something completely different. I made sure to communicate to the receptionist the specific need for my appointment and she even understood me, so I thought. But still managed schedule the wrong thing. The definition of “you had one job”. I am now out of pocket for the wrong service/care and will need to wait for another appointment date for the right care. This place is a prime example of why many people never seek help. My first appointment was canceled one day prior and rescheduled three weeks out. The first therapist told me about her brutal sexual assaults within the first two sessions. This could have been a botched attempt to build rapport or minimize the emotion associated with my trauma.
