Them: I’m truly sorry you feel that way, I have apologized for inconvenience and I noted your account not to run until you call us. They pulled my debit card without any notice or warning. At the most inconvenient time when I was out of work for my uncles death of cancer. I have multiple texts of going back on their word of pulling the card when I called them. I needed a specific evaluation done and was scheduled for something completely different. I made sure to communicate to the receptionist the specific need for my appointment and she even understood me, so I thought. But still managed schedule the wrong thing. The definition of “you had one job”. I am now out of pocket for the wrong service/care and will need to wait for another appointment date for the right care.
