Ditto to everyone else’s complaints- What awful experience with this office for a Psycho-Ed assessment. The staff severely lack communication skills and misplaced my credit card information THREE times. Despite repeated assurances that they would provide a clear breakdown of the charges for insurance purposes, they consistently refused to do so and charged my card before even issuing an invoices! We were referred by a local pediatrician back in 2018. My son had issues sleeping, separation anxiety, and general anxiety. I had no issues with the psychologist, but the occupational therapist we saw in this office was terrible. We were supposed to see her for self regulation, but she was Ill prepared, not very good with my son, and had high expectations. After one visit we couldn't get a hold of the office.
