When I moved to Houston last year I was looking for a new gynecologist and I came across this office. Dr. Ibrahim saw me and it seem as if I was annoying or taking time from her. Brush any concerns and questions I had.. I came for a pap and she told me if we find something we call you ..? Like ? She doesn’t call me to let me know about my results. I got an ultrasound and she just told me to lose weight and came back. I have never felt unseen and she seems very unprofessional.. idk why work with patients if it seems it’s both... read more
I highly recommend Dr. Ibrahim. She is incredibly attentive to detail, friendly, and truly takes the time to listen to your concerns. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and she makes me feel comfortable discussing any questions or issues I may have. What I appreciate most is how personal and compassionate she is, she genuinely cares about her patients and makes you feel heard and valued. To the point of the purpose
I honestly have not had a good encounter with anyone at this office. The receptionists just sit behind the desk and gossip with no care for who is in the waiting room and no acknowledgment. I saw Dr. Ibrahim twice and she was dismissive and has no bedside manner. I was looking to establish care, but moved on elsewhere. The automatically booked me for a yearly exam and when I noticed I called to cancel and the receptionist said it was canceled but then I got charged a no show fee on my account.
