Whoever is in reception for booking appointments is rude. That should be addressed as this is patients first point of contact. When advising that I was looking for an appointment with a sooner date i received no response but a dial tone .
She's the best, truly cares about her patients.
I honestly don’t know how this place has such good reviews. I gave this place TWO chances with both of my pregnancies. One, I had a miscarriage and they refused to do anything about it- so I ended up bleeding profusely 6 months later (after coming into their office multiple times to be seen and to let them know something wasn’t right). With my second child I came in again and I got a bill 5 months later for a random blood test for over $200 with no results for anything sent to me so I have no clue what the test was even for.... read more
