Dr. Parmar was incredibly kind and sensitive to my questions and personal story. She took the time to explain everything with patience, even drawing things out to make sure I understood — especially since English isn’t my first language. I truly appreciate the care and support she gave me.

This review is solely about my experience with Dr. Parmer. I want to start by saying that Dr. Ibrahim and her staff have always been wonderful. I’ve been a patient of hers since my first pregnancy over 10 years ago, and even a few years ago, I saw her for PCOS and always had a pleasant experience. Last year, I became pregnant again. It was a high-risk pregnancy due to my panic disorder, and I was very anxious but also hopeful. Dr. Parmar was wonderful and so sweet! However, I feel as if I annoyed the receptionist with a concern. I was hoping to call and see if Dr. Parmar would be able to call me once she sees my lab results because I had a concern about one of them. The receptionist was rude and dismissive. Also, this wasn’t just a one time occurrence.. my first time coming into the office was a couple days ago and the receptionist was rude then as well. Very impatient and frustrated. Please consider all of the 1 star reviews a sign to go somewhere, anywhere else! I went in for a routine PAP and they said they would call with the result. I was out of town on a road trip when I received the call, and over the phone the staff told me they needed me to comeback for second testing because of "abnormal cells". When I asked them what that meant, she told me most likely "cervical cancer"!!
