If I could give zero stars I would. I delivered at this hospital back in August. The nurses made me feel like such a burden and the nurse I had while in active labor would not explain a single thing to me. Just would come in, move me around then leave again. As a first time mom being induced I was hoping for more. During my epidural the nurse did not even support me or hold me in place. Intake was terrible. I was in active labor and the man at the front desk had me answering a dozen questions with no urgency and no wheelchair offered. Labor & Delivery itself was small but updated. Postpartum care was good, but the room they put me in was so old and outdated. They’re making millions of dollars a year and haven’t updated the hospital. It’s like a scene out of 1940s horror movie. I was here for 6 days due to a bout with preeclampsia and every doctor and nurse that I had was amazing. They were very attentive and empathetic to my situation as I was not at all prepared for how things would go, but with their amazing care, baby boy arrived safely. I wish I could remember all of the names of those who helped me but Dr. Amos, Dr. Herman, Dr. Hamle Nurse Dana, Nurse Christina, Nurse Erin, Dr. Dorn and the folks that administered all of my meds and things were all top tier. I just got home today after birth and I miss this place already. All of doctors and nurses here are the best, they showed lot of love to our baby and making sure we are comfortable during the stay. Everything is clean and nurses are always come right away whenever you need their help.
We had the best experience at this facility! The nurses are THE BEST, and the care team truly made us feel cared for and protected. When I landed back in the hospital with pre-eclampsia post partum, the care team moved swiftly and expertly to get me better so I could be home with my babies. I’m so thankful for this staff!!!
