I do not recommend you give birth here. I am so thankful that I had nurse Abby for most of the time. She was the absolute greatest ever. But the other nurses I had it was like they didn’t wanna be there. I got yelled at for getting up and going to the bathroom after the nurse told me to get up and go to the bathroom, but apparently I took too long for her. I was 18 weeks in active labor and was denied service due to me being under 20 weeks. I went back to ER and had to get re registered and wait to be admitted. My baby died. ER showed us a heart beat and then my baby no longer had one after waiting over an hour for another ultrasound. Labor and delivery was a night mare. Asked my hippa out loud. The tour for this facility is virtual and you’re shown pictures of rooms that aren’t from the F. Hills center. It is not as nice as you’re lead to believe up front. If your Corewell doctor scares you into an induction, the doctors on duty will rush you through the process to check their box regardless of your body’s progress and ultimately force you into an unnecessary C-section. There is no individualized patient care, you’re merely a list of boxes for them to check and they don’t care about your wishes at all. (Don’t waste... read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I delivered at this hospital back in August. The nurses made me feel like such a burden and the nurse I had while in active labor would not explain a single thing to me. Just would come in, move me around then leave again. As a first time mom being induced I was hoping for more. During my epidural the nurse did not even support me or hold me in place.
