Do not go here for mental health care...worst place you can go to get help unfortunately... Nobody ever answers the phone for appointments.. I had appointments set up that I never even agreed to.. also I was never even contacted about one or two appointments that were canceled.. the biggest thing is I've never been dropped as a patient in my whole life.. I was dropped from Dr Shirley French as a patient for literally asking questions about medicine and telling her what works and what doesn't work.. apparently telling a docto... read more

Very unprofessional, office staff never answers the phone, they been through so many doctors over the years and more than half of them had no compassion whatsoever... Dont waste your time go anywhere but here.
Unbelievably unprofessional. Receptionist at this particular location is terrible. How do you schedule someone an appointment and not confirm with them?? Along with that how are you going to cancel my appointments and I specifically told you not to. Lastly how do you not know how to keep proper medication records…. Med doctors…Didn’t know I took Ativan (never took that in my life) and that I was on three medication two of which I’ve never taken and the ones I am on aren’t even in my files??? Can we get anymore unprofessional... read more
