I lived here for almost three months and want to share my experience with good intentions. There were some positives. Debbie and Miles, along with some of the other moms, were kind and welcoming. The property is nice, and I enjoyed the animals. However, my overall experience at New Beginnings Pregnancy Home was negative. I felt there was a lot of hostility and disrespect toward the pregnant women, who are the reason for the program. I have had the privilege of serving this community under the leadership of Miles and Debi Musick. For over 20 years. A safe place for pregnant young women that are choosing life for their babies. Many come from varied backgrounds and have had difficult times. They may never have had to follow guidelines or lived in any kind of structure. notice how many new reviews are being written since the truth came out!! these people that are adding new amazing comments have been around forever and aren’t writing these new comments until i come forward and mention how i was physically and verbally assaulted by the “house mom” during MY experience. and trying to justify what happened to me by saying my parents didnt teach me structure because i “wasn’t following the guidelines” and using that as an excuse blows my mind. you guys are really showing the true side of things... read more
i personally find it very deceptive how ashley is in these reviews trying to debunk the trauma we went through while being here. and of course it’s ashley of all people. from my experience staying at new beginnings, everything these one star reviews are saying is beyond accurate. there is video proof i was able to record of everything i experienced such as verbal and physical encounters with kellie myself. i will not sugarcoat what i went through because i genuinely am hurt by the emotional trauma and pain that was caused by... read more
