Came here as a day pass once. The person that owns it i think is very efficient at laying out the equipment and making the space they have used well. There is everything you need here and more. If you're an experienced weightlifter and new to the area I would suggest this over the other gyms in colchester.

Clean and lots of different bars and equipment. They could use some recovery stuff like a sauna and maybe some towels for showering but other than that I had a great workout.
A solid gym. My only complaint is that it's a bit crowded in there, even after the expansion.
