New Beginnings is a "no frills" gym. If you are looking for a place to work out, lift weights, and get fit, then New Beginnings is the place to do it. Great use of space with a wide variety of machines and ways of working out. Dedicated space for treadmills/elipticals/bikes/etc. I would love if there was a sauna, but I am very happy with this gym. Been here for just over a year now.

Was accused of stealing at this gym, and the worker gave out my number without my consent. Racial profiling at its finest

Top-of-the-line gym! Great energy, perfect location, and big shoutout to Troy for building an amazing environment anytime I am in Turo this is home for me. Highly recommend!

Came here as a day pass once. The person that owns it i think is very efficient at laying out the equipment and making the space they have used well. There is everything you need here and more. If you're an experienced weightlifter and new to the area I would suggest this over the other gyms in colchester.
