My 16 year old daughter made an appointment for 2pm on her own and showed up for the appointment and was rudely told she didn't have time so we won't ever be going there again. Unfortunate our youth are treated like this when they are just entering adulthood and doing things on their own for the first time and nasty places like this ruin for them.
