Jenna has been a blessing to me. I've been seeing her since around 2017 one year after my dad passed away, then in 2020 during divorce, then this year again after my mom's passing. She has helped me go through very difficult times of my life and even if I don't see her for awhile, I can still remember what she has taught me. I had an underwhelming experience with this therapist that lasted just one 60-min session ($150). Her practice has a very detailed online intake form that took multiple hours over two sittings online for me to fully complete. I appreciated what I thought was her attention to detail for wanting so much information ahead of time; it felt like a mutual interest in addressing everything in a holistic way — leaving no stones unturned so to speak. Jenna is thoughtful, supportive, and insightful, and I'm thankful for how much she truly cares. She has helped me work through so much in the past 15 months and I'm a better person because of it. While being supportive and caring, I appreciate how direct she is when that's what's best and most helpful.
