Absolutely love Jane! My mom went to her for a few years, and now I have been seeing for several years. She’s very understanding and truly cares about her patients
My son and I had a terrible experience with Jane. One, she was very unfriendly. Two she bullied my son into saying things that he didn't feel. Three, she was actually yelling at me in her waiting room where everyone could hear. She was more concerned about her track record then she was about helping my son. She just kept telling him in 40 years she has never had a situation like this. She was not looking out for my son, she just wanted to be right
Jane is excellent and has a wonderful ear. Helped me out greatly when I needed someone. If I ever need to return I definitely will.
Unfortunately, my daughter really needed some support during Covid. We waited and waited for their counselor to return. 3 months of waiting and 3 unreturned phone calls. Not only a terrible way to run a business, but my daughter could have started over with a new counselor 3 months ago. No not use!
