This was a great experience at new beginnings. I lost a few pounds with my 3 sessions but I got so much more out of these visits. The staff was great, very professional. She provided a serene atmosphere, spiritual support, and information on how to manage and maintain a good healthy lifestyle. I had a wonderful time and I left with insight and awareness on how to preserve a healthy weight. I am going back to finish my recommended treatments and saying “Yes" to anyone who wants to try it.

The doctor gave me so much good information and advice. This experience has changed a lot of eating habits for me and anyone that knows me, no I wouldn't lie. I will definitely be back.
New Beginnings is an excellent way to loose weight and they are so awesome. Follow what they suggest and you will loose the weight and also sign up with the nutritionist to help you maintain the weight you are loosing. I love New Beginnings and seeing the results is always a plus���
