I first scheduled an appointment shortly after my twin brother who was my twin and care giver after my stroke died suddenly in my arms, since then they have only increased the trauma, they scheduled me with a provider, I asked if they handled grief and trauma. The response was I handle all sorts of things I see cases like yours all the time. We contacted this office for our child and had our first appointment in December. Since then, we have been disappointed and frustrated with the disorganization and lack of empathy. Their telehealth platform doesn’t work; the clinician is frequently late for scheduled appointments; they don’t send forms and follow up on evaluations as promised; and most recently, the office called to confirm an appointment today for an in person session at their office (which we confirmed), but the therapist did not show up. I love the Dr here she gets my meds in on time at the right does to the pharmacy. The treatment coordinator is great too she checked on me when I was transitioning to a new therapist. I do therapy in another office.

Severe lack in communication with each other and with patients. Some of the staff are astonishingly rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. Shirley didn’t want to prescribe the medication (or any stimulant) I was on that previously worked for me prior to me coming to the practice, which is unfortunate but it's whatever because her license would be on the line.
