I cannot even begin to express how phenomenal this office is. I’m honestly grateful that I didn’t look at the reviews until after my intake appointment, because I probably would have avoided the office entirely based on what others have said, and that would have been such a mistake. My son has been with the program for a couple of weeks and so far we are very happy with everyone from the nurses to the receptionist the psychologist… They have all been very pleasant, helpful, caring, and supportive during a tough time for my son. Five stars from a grateful mother.
Terrible place
As a mental health facility you should care more about what your patients are going through and have your paperwork and have your paperwork straight as far as medications and appointments are concerned we're counting on you to get it together so we can have some quality of life Edit: as soon as I get a decent medication provider willing to listen to my concerns she's always out and I can't get any of my treatment goals accomplished
Do not go to this place for mental health help!!!... They are very unprofessional and did not help me one bit... I was referred to them twice.. the first time people were supposed to get back to me about appointments and never did.. then I was scheduled for an appointment which no one ever told me about.. then the second stint with them most recently I had a terrible experience with one of their psychiatrists and the people that run the place..
