I finished my last appointment today at the Jasper location and I have nothing but good things to say about the entire staff at New Beginnings. My back issues were getting worse and I decided to see if they could help. WAs it easy, no, but I knew it wouldn't be. They encouraged me, explained what was wrong and the plan to make it better. My posture has improved, my pain has been relieved and I can't recommend Alex and the staff enough for their efforts on my situation.
