Great mechanics and honest folks. They don't nickel and dimes.
I hate when things break on my truck, but these guys worked right up to and even a little after closing on a Friday, to make sure it was ready. I really appreciate the honesty and friendliness. From now on we will be getting all our work done here.
Honestly 100% the best shop to take your vehicle to in this area . The owner is there, ready and does go above and beyond. The mechanic I communicated with, "B" he's callied by, top tier mechanic and very professional "regardless of the multiple times I showed up to check on my truck". Front desk staff very respectful. If you want honest work done this is your spot.
Everyone talks about customer service, but this shop and the people behind running it are more than just customer service oriented. It's like you are at your friend's shop and everyone is helping each other out. A sense of family and friendship is something a lot of businesses lost a long the way. Just not this spot! Highly recommend it and believe everyone coming here will find the solutions to their automotive problems!
My favorite car shop!! I brought my car in with brake problems and they figured out the issue, solved it, and had me out in under an hour! All the workers are so kind and welcoming- you can really tell they are professionals. I am so so incredibly grateful for all their help today. This shop is one of the first trustworthy places I've found in a while, not to mention their amazing prices. I highly recommend anyone to go to New Beginnings!
