Every member of this team was professional and helpful. Installers did an impeccable job. Lines of communication between us, office staff and owner were always open.We are very happy with our new kitchen floor. I recommend them to everyone who will be embarking on any upcoming flooring project. Thanks to everyone at this facility for working with us and for a job well done.

The team at New Bedford Tile and Carpet worked with me to install flooring for my elderly parents. I am located 1000 miles away and they kept me informed during the entire project. Knowing that my parents were in good hands during this was so important. I trusted the team, and Mario was amazing. The floors look fantastic and I dont worry about my parents falling.
Portuguese gentleman was rude to me and my family yelling and swearing in front of my kids had to kick him off my property will never give this place business ever again don’t recommend them at all
Our new house’s carpet and tiling were completed by NBC&T. The staff, the workmanship are outstanding. Very satisfied
