Tech was a no show for unknown reason(s), customer service was polite but could not offer anything better than a re schedule to another day. Waiving the 75 dollar fee just to diagnose machine would have been a good start and also accommodate my schedule for next appointment would have been good customer service practice.. Lost 4 hours of work and machine still the same!! Called another company!
