Tech was a no show for unknown reason(s), customer service was polite but could not offer anything better than a re schedule to another day. Waiving the 75 dollar fee just to diagnose machine would have been a good start and also accommodate my schedule for next appointment would have been good customer service practice.. Lost 4 hours of work and machine still the same!! Called another company!
I called on Friday to make an appointment for them to come and fix my washer machine, they took my credit card numbers and they said they'll be here on Saturday between 12:00 and 2:00 Pm. It comes Saturday at 2:20Pm and they are late, so I called to see why they are not here yet. They told me that the technician had an emergency and was going to be back on Monday.They didn't have the decency to call me an let me know. I would not trust a business that does that to people. I would never call them again. GOOD BYE.
