Poor service attitude, very impatient
Disappointed! Beware! I booked a CoolSculpting session to accompany my friend, and I did my arms at the original price of $385. The service was extremely poor. I arrived at 2 PM but waited until 3 PM to start. During the session, the suction head fell off once, and no one came to check on me. Since I was lying face down, it was really difficult for me to call the front desk for help. The session was supposed to last 30 minutes, but when it was over, no one came!
