Wow!! I spoke to Sergey on Sunday 12/ 6 about a finish on a towel warmer that they did not show on the website. The manufacture was closed so he called me back on Monday 12/7 saying that it was available.. I went on the website and ordered it. I just received it on Thursday 12/10. Does not get any better than that!
