My husband and I were very excited to get a new shower installed and love the Kohler brand but unfortunately, the overall process has been drawn out and lacking in communication. Our shower was supposed to be installed on September 10th only to find out that the shower base was improperly measured by the sales rep. The second time the installers came, they had the incorrect shelving size. The third time the installers came, they forgot the grab bar and we found that the base was unstable/flexing.
