So I am the lucky new home owner of one of these homes that Shea and Chris got me into. Let me be very clear do not screw your self. They claim there going to help you build your credit and all this nice stuff. Absolute worst company ever! Do not work with them! Liars, thieves, and horrible business people. Shae and Chris should not be allowed to conduct work like this ever again!
I owned a home. They rented it out when we got to closing it fell through so we re leased to them the rented it again and these people wouldn’t leave our home cut our pipes out completely destroyed our house up to 100k in damage new ballon total me to beat it never fixed my home. As the home owner they could not get two tenants (over a 5 year period) to qualify even after providing a 6 mo extension to the last tenant. At that point the stopped paying me, evicted the tenant 4 mo later, left tenant contents, and failed to maintain property as contracted. The KOP address is a mail forwarding company sending mail to an apartment in Miami addressed to LeShae H******. She cannot be trusted.
Do not trust this company/people, who may go by various name: New Balloon Home or soon to be “Oxygen”. My father, who has limited English proficiency signed a legal agreement with this company. He had no lawyer present or an advisor who could explain the contract in his home language. This company deals with “rent to own” and took advantage of my father.
