This store was offering a buy one get one half off deal. They refused to honor their verbal and posted deal. Sure they honored their deal with white people but when my wife who is not white tried to avail their deal they refused to honor it. This is outright racism. I complained to the corporate office. They provided only a computerized response that indicated to me that they apparently condone their employee's racist behavior.

Horrendous experience! Granted, I purchased a $180 pair of New Balance walkers a year ago(June 2015). Have worn them maybe 12 times. Laced them up the other morning and noticed a tear in the collar of one of the shoes. Called New Balance customer service rep who stated that NB stands behind their product and bring them back to point of purchase. This is a great shoe store for New Balance shoes especially if you have a hard to fit feet like myself. I also use their web site. I think it is www.aperfectdealer.com or nbnj.com. the girls there are very knowledgable and nice.
I was disappointed to see the liberal no gun sign. I decided to go shopping at Designer Shoe Warehouse, found exactly what I was looking for.
After having trouble finding shoes that fit my 14 EE feet for years, I finally found New Balance where I sat and waited for about 30 seconds then someone sized my foot for me, And explained reason for my current foot trouble regarding shoes I'd been wearing for over a year, helped me choose/decide what shoes would be good for my lifestyle, then retrieved the exact style/size and tied them on my feet. This store gets an A+ considering I can afford the price and 0 dissatisfaction: customer service, inventory, and brand.
Yesterday I went to the New Balance store at North Point and they were very helpful in allowing me to try on several different pair and measuring my feet. They sat down with me and explained why I was having heel pain and recommended a shoe for my foot. I have worn the shoes all day today and I truly believe this is the first day in several years, that my foot has not bothered me. They said that my biggest problem was that my shoes were too small.
