Towed my son’s truck from an accident back to his shop instead of the place we wanted it to be towed to. Then he charged him $45 storage fee. $75 flatbed when all he has is a flatbed from my understandings. Then clean up, which the fire department cleaned up. Also towed the other vehicle involved at the same time and that vehicle had no insurance, so who paid for that?? Came immediately to the accident site and didn't hesitate to pull my rav4 out of the ditch. Gave me a brief estimate before the insurance company insisted on hauling off the car. Was very impressed with the time he took explaining things to me and how not to get scammed by the insurance company. It's a shame the car was totalled out or I ABSOLUTELY without questioning would have this place do my repairs. Highly recommend. 40 years of expertise shows. Thank you for your kindness and time!
