Love Leann she makes me look beautiful all the time...all employees are so nice also
I bought a groupon and had to schedule with Leann. I set my appointment up with her. Then, the day of my appointment I forgot I had a doctor's appointment early in the day for my kids, hours before my appointment and immediately texted her apologizing and asking to reschedule. She never responded back. A few days later I texted her again asking if I could again reschedule my appointment. She again ignored me. It is very ignorant to just ignore a client. I made an appointment here and he gave me an appointment. I had an appointment tomorrow. Normally he wrote to me. He said I need to cancel your appointment. He can't deal with you. He cancelled my appointment. When I went and made an appointment, I didn't like the way they greeted the customers. They were sullen and the employees there were very pushy and they were not friendly at all. I won't go there again. If you want to get service in a nice place, don't choose this place.
Highly recommend Leann! She knows hair color and she was able to both warm my baby lights and blend a harsh color line. I'm happy with the results!
