My GF went in to see Cristina for a simple hair cut and received the worst cut imaginable. Very incompetent for anyone who is a certified hairstylist.

I'd been with Phyllis for over 35 years. After she retired, I went Caroline to do my hair. She did a horrible job so I called her back to get a touch up on my highlights. She never returned my call. Hence, I am now going to another salon and will never go back. Someone should have called me back.
