The service is really bad, I had wait a long time ( almost 1 hour). I called them 3 times but I no had solution.
Getting there on time but coming back home they can't find me... As of 2/21/25 Iam done I would rather walk than call these people they canceled my ride for what I don't know standing in the cold weather with a child wating for invisible car iam done for good
This taxi service is terrible. They service dialysis patients with no empathy for the patients at all. Patients wait long wait times. Elderly patient crying to go home waiting for hours after dialysis this car service does not care about patients. They give patients a time frame and show up a whole hour later. Car services like this should not be enlisted to Service our sickly or elderly citizens. This is a company that is geared towards making money. No Quality of patient care. I see why they have so many 1 stars ratings
This is by far the worst transportation company I have encountered. They assign calls without properly marking them as voucher rides, allowing other taxis to mistakenly take them due to their lack of available drivers. When a driver picks up a call, they are led to believe the passenger will pay in cash, only to arrive at the destination and discover otherwise.
