Kathy Coady's excellent design background, ideas, end result, and meeting our budget was exceptional. We had a 15 year old leather couch and chair which we hated to get rid of because they were so comfortable and in excellent condition with the exception of the faded leather. She had the couch and chair stained to its original color and refilled the pillows. Along with the other updates she did in our Great Room, the place looks spectacular.
