Ty Kollar talks a good game but cares more about profit than people. Don't fall for this crook. I was originally quoted “a little under $2700” mortgage payment. When the loan was done it was about $2760. I figured okay not the end of the world. Little did I know that every year I would keep receiving a letter in the mail that makes my mortgage payment go up.
