That everthing went through even though the situation was difficult. Tracey and Company came up with the solution to get the loan funded. I'm just not happy that the interest rate went up after the rate was locked. I feel the Company took advantage of what was happening with the Feds upping the rates at the time. But Tracey did a good job.
It was a great experiance working with Tracey and she was always very helpful
