Credit Krama lead me to this company. Stayed on the phone with Jonathan for hours on a Friday. He was very polite & enjoyed talking to him about the process. Now I think it was all an act. Sent him paperwork(personal information)on Saturday. Called him to confirm if he'd received it. Crickets! Emailed & called him every week. Crickets! I know paid/fake reviews when I see them. Outside of the fact that they ran my credit AFTER I told them I didn't want to for a hard hit quote. 5 stars so my review is seen.
I have been trying to reach out to the financial guy his name Christian 4 months for my security deposit refund that should been sent 4 months ago and got really frustrated I haven’t received call back yet and every time I call the transfer me to him and he is in meeting every day and they tell me he will call you and he never 👎 And I don’t appreciate this service I lost my security deposit from thier under rewriter slow process I have changed my closing date 4 times due to incomplete process from thier end They have told m... read more
