Horrible experience from day one. Our loan officer quit in the midst of closing and we weren’t even told about it. Finally got told they were assigning someone new to us and she was terrible at responding. The appraiser who did an appraisal on the house we were buying docked things for the seller to fix and when closing day came around they told us we couldn’t close because they forgot to schedule a reappraisal.
