always hear about how horrible the process is for buying a home and how it can put stress on couples and family members are like I am to tell you that I had none of that with Sharon and her team. They went above and beyond to make sure that our loan was approved and we could get a hold of them anytime with questions which really meant a lot. This is my first time buying a home and it was a great experience and I attribute that to new American funding.

Sharon and her assistant Christie were the best! They did everything in their power to guide me over a slew of roadblocks that kept popping up on the paperwork front! They made sure to communicate very quickly and efficiently every step of the way all the way up to closing! Even when some le person said No, they did not stop looking until they found the perfect situation for me! Cannot thank them enough!
