Thought they were ok but if you start asking questions, suddenly they'll send you to another lender and say they don't think they can assist even though they've already reviewed the info and given a pre-approval. I'm starting to believe some of the other reviews now. They are not a patient company. Tread carefully with this lender
Yeaaaaa! I have a place to call home! Thanks to every one involve but this spot here belongs to Alex Szep my lender, loaner of New American Funding! Knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Go in to him with what you have… from scratch… and long story short he guides you right along up until closing!!! He’ll work with you y’all Go in now! Ask for Alex…no stress😄
They were great, Alex Szep was great to work with and treated me with respect and professionalism. Even when I was questioning certain aspects of the process, costs etc.
