I was assigned to Cesar and his assistant Camila everything was fine until they kept asking for something from my credit card companies that doesn’t even exist which was odd because I thought this people were “professionals” and they knew what they are doing. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Kenol Cadet made purchasing a home such a bad experience. He wouldn’t answer my questions, used discouraging verbiage.. just a flat out nasty man. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. His assistant Hector was very kind and informative& It’s because of Hector I worked with them until the end. As a first time home buyer I wouldn’t wish this kind of experience to anyone.. I don’t know how Kenol keeps business or employees. He’s a horrible representation for NAF. Take my advice and stay away from this company i closed with them recently.. two weeks after closing they call me jus to tell me they made a mistake on my property taxes so my month payment would change from 2,124 to 2,424 told them i cannot afford that cause that wasn’t what i sign for at closing .. they said oh well u sign a paper at closing that can allow them to change the price. So now am stuck in a high payment that i never expect, and it’s not my fault…so please be careful of these company and what they do to get cust... read more
