Jon is very personable, Knowledgeable and caring. He helped guide me through the confusing refinancing process. At his suggestion, we locked in a rate, And the next day the rate started going up. He would often call after business hours, making sure everything was moving forward smoothly. He was referred to me by a friend who said he was trustworthy and a good guy. Jon is a very good listener, so important in being a good communicator. And has a good sense of humor important to me.
This has been my third time funding a home through Jon Peterson. He does a great job from beginning to end. He had a fatherly comfort to him - maybe because my dad recommended me to him over 25 years ago. Regardless, he was very straightforward and treated us kindly and respectfully.
