Ronika is great communicating with clients and giving updates. Made sure the clients understood their loan process and giving them the best options.
I would have put 0 stars if it let me. I supplied everything over 4 months ago, and have only received telemarketing calls, and nothing else since. I have tried to close my application/request the right to be forgotten, but good luck getting ahold of anyone or finding any more information other than "this button does this"... Sigh
Dane was amazing and easy to work with. Super nice guy and explained everything as we went along. He made it a seamless and quick process. I look forward to working with him and his company in the future.
