Pass on this place. I specifically chose a mortgage broker instead of a loan officer because brokers are supposed to have access to multiple lenders and can shop around for the best options. Unfortunately, my broker only went with New American Funding, which completely defeated the purpose. Communication was extremely poor throughout the entire process.
