Was great for the original purchase and one refinance. this second refinance we started mid May has turned into a nightmare, closing was to be mid June, then late then the 30th of June they said to bring just June's interest to closing, even after checking multiple times regarding June's payment as far as whether to pay it or not, concern over late fees, etc. it was continually suggested to hold the payment, that if we paid it we would actually need to bring a large sum to closing. here we are end of June, no closing, no upd... read more
