For over a dedicated myself and staff have depended on the expertise and knowledge of Bill Merren. Here’s the thing. I expect that. That’s a lending given. What I didn’t expect is the constant communication and concern that Bill offerred relentlessly. We were stunned. I expected a professional and efficient experience. Instead, the process felt unnecessarily stressful. Getting clear answers was more difficult than it should have been. I would not choose this service again.

My experience did not live up to the expectations that were set. Communication was inconsistent throughout the process. I often felt left in the dark regarding important updates. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
