I have recently purchased a home with NAF as the lender. Unfortunately this has been a horrible experience. The take away is the NAF team does not hold schedules or commitments. Run as fast as you can from these people.
Fantastic experience working with Angela who guided us through the process and made us feel comfortable. Angela communicated with us regularly and for every question we had she found the answers. She communicated with our son in law and daughter as we requested and was very diligent and precise with instructions that made it easy for us to understand.
