Be careful with this company. The numbers won't match what you're told. And in only 6 months are escrow is in the negative? Wanting us to pay $3000. Payments made on time. Gave a year in advance for tax and insurance. Get the run around. And every statement is different. Oct- + $1440, nov- +$700, dec- -$1200, jan +$700, feb-- - $2300, mar- $1600 and they raised our payment $200 a month. In only 6 months of owning the home? Tried to pay our own escrow and was denied.
