Couldn't get much worse but I thought it was my only option
People are friendly, service is terrible. Had to wait nearly a week for them to fax the ADIS class I took, now I have to wait 7-10 more days to (since that’s how long it can take for it to register in the systems for Ga) see wether or not the class New Alliance told me I needed to take to for my DUI is accepted by Georgia or not. This is extremely terrible as I now will be denied a job due to the late time of everything. Freaking messed up yo, could already gotten my license back if they had been quicker about things. I have had my child in counselling here since May 2020. In that time, both of his counselors have stopped workimn here abruptly, and both times I was told nothing until I called supervisors to confirm previously set appointments. Scheduling is a nightmare, the staff overwhelmingly seem too inept or incompetent to set appointments accurately. If I could give zero stars, I would.
