Friendly staff excellent docters
Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful especially Diana.
Extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist laughed at me when i expressed concerns that she couldn’t fit my child in for a 5 minute consult for almost a week who was in extreme pain and required more medication. She then proceeded to hang up on me without provocation. .
As a war veteran with multiple orthopaedic disabilities, I've found Dr Phillip Healey (my GP for about 35 years) at all times totally professional and empathetic. And the office staff are just beautiful...
