I deal with many service people in the area. Brittany is by far the best Customer Service person I deal with. I know that things are going to go smoothly with her. She is always friendly, always efficient, always looking for a solution, always is on my side, and always gets the job done. She is a treasure and is a 1000% times better than the people at Cardinal Self Storage. Cardinal has shiny new units, but People's Choice has Brittany! Pat her on the back. She is incredible!!!.
Had a great experience with People’s Choice Storage. They got me set up with 3 spots quickly and made the whole process easy. Brittany was a huge help throughout everything — super friendly, professional, and made sure we were taken care of. Definitely recommend if you need storage space!
We have been here since 2022, prior to Peoples Choice buying out the previous owner. Ever since Peoples Choice has taken over there are routine price increased and now they have moved to a new system which requires you to pay a processing fee for ACH and Credit Card payments. I tried to call regarding these items and their phone number does not ring through to the office due to 'voicemail not being set up.'
